My AI gave me something that is not one HTML file. What do I say?
Tell it this. Passaround runs single HTML files, so React projects and tools made of several files need converting first.
Turn this into one self-contained HTML file. Put the styles and the script inside it.
Is it safe to add a tool from a friend?
Each tool runs in its own sandbox. It cannot read your other tools, your files or your contacts, and it cannot change Passaround itself, unless you switch on Allow database for that one tool. A tool can still show anything on its own screen and reach the internet, so add tools from people you know. You can look at the code of any tool before you keep it.
What does Make do?
Inside any tool, tap Make. Passaround copies a ready prompt for your AI, with the tool's code if you want a remix. Paste what your AI makes back in, and your version shows where it came from. Pass it on and your name goes with it.
What is a circle?
A small group, like Family or Team. Instead of sending a tool to each friend, you send it into the circle once and everyone in it gets it. Links sent into a circle are signed, so people can see it really came from the group. A circle lives on your phones, not on a server.
Do I need an account?
No. Open it and add a tool.
Where is my data?
On your device, in your browser's storage. Nothing is uploaded. When you share a tool, its code travels inside the link, plus its saved data only if you tick that box.
What if I clear my browser data?
Your tools can disappear. Use the Backup button now and then. A backup is a file you keep wherever you like, and you can restore it on any phone.
Does it work offline?
After your first visit the app opens without a connection. A tool that loads a library from the internet needs a connection for that part.
